Welcome to our Tuscan-Inspired Redesign

Our passion for Italian culture and cuisine inspires everything we do—including the environment we create for our guests every day. That’s why we’re redesigning more than 350 Olive Garden restaurants in the style of a genuine Tuscan Farmhouse.

We invite you to experience the warmth, beauty and welcoming atmosphere of the Italian countryside firsthand at one of our remodeled Olive Garden locations.

    Italian inspired décor

    Our design team traveled to Tuscany for inspiration, and returned to enhance the dining atmosphere—complete with softer lighting, roman shades made from Italian fabric, sustainable flooring and eco-friendly, low VOC paint.

    Comfortable tables and seating

    New oak dinner tables, along with plush chair and booth fabrics, were hand-chosen by Italian architects to complement our Tuscan Farmhouse style. Together with our updated décor, they serve to further share our spirit of Italian warmth and generosity.

    Refreshed bar area

    We crafted our new bar-area booths and high-tops from Eurpoean Beech wood for an authentic flair reflective of our Italian roots. We also redesigned the bar itself to offer a better view of our extensive wine and beverage selection.

    Exterior updates

    Inspired by the classic, time-honored architecture of Italy, we've added Tuscan stonework and brick arches to our entryways. Freshly-painted exterior walls and newly-planted Cypress trees complete the authentic Italian landscaping.
